About Gujarat State Eligibility Test (GSET)
The GSET exam is an entrance exam for eligibility that is used to find qualified applicants for Assistant Professor positions at Gujarati institutions. The Gujarat State Eligibility Test (GSET) Agency, located in Vadodara at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, administers the GSET exam. It has been approved by the University Grants Commission in New Delhi. Additionally, the GSET is a once-a-year online state assessment.

GSET Qualifying Marks – Certificate & Validity
Candidates must pass both Gujarat SET papers in order to be considered for the positions of Assistant Professor in the state of Gujarat. Candidates in General Categories are require to score at least 40% on the tests, while candidates in other categories must score at least 35%.
A passing certificate will be given to the qualified candidates. The official website allows for the download of this. The candidate’s name, category, exam year, and subject-specific secured marks will all be mentioned on the GSET Certificate.
